Warranty & Return If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we will be happy to arrange a return for any unused items purchased within 90 days. Simply contact us at by open a support ticket. If you have modified your part and something goes wrong or you are not 100% satisfied with your item, our support team will help trouble shoot, offer advice and determine if your parts are defective. In the event that something is determined to be a manufacturer error or failure due to defective materials, we will repair, return or exchange the item(s) as needed. Please contact our Tech Support team, by opening a support ticket, with your order number, description of your setup, and any information about your situation that may help and we willl see what we can do for you. Regarding to our Smart Home products, we have noticed that many users hack the devices, or burn a firmware customized by themselves, in this case, we will not be responsible for any result this may cause. Of course, we will provide some advice, while we will not arrange a return for the devices damaged by themselves.
